On Thursday, September 6th,  Brant-Argyle School celebrated their first annual ‘Rainbow Day’. A friendship bench, gifted from Danica’s Village, was presented to the school.

Learning Through Games

The school  year is well underway and at Woodlands School one of our many approaches to teaching mathematics is learning through games. Grade 2 students at Woodlands School are playing games that reinforce mathematical concepts and skill development while promoting positive social skills.

Balmoral – Virtual Story Telling

Students in Grade 7 & 8 in Balmoral developed stories through Virtual Reality software CoSpaces.  They designed the setting, characters and provided each character with dialogue to tell a short story.  Students then coded the virtual world of their story to make it completely interactive.  Using Merge VR googles students are able become a part of their story.
